I attributed it to his bad luck or perhaps some hidden hostility on his part as up till then I had not experienced anything negative. As an afterthought, I always got my gas at the Camel Rock Casino as the prices were reasonable, but on one occasion I overheard a man complaining about some incident with the local police which had upset him. The police experience was so unnecessary, unreasonable and mean-spirited and so turned me off, I thought it was way over the top.
Generally I lost a little money, but I felt a friendliness of the workers and guests at the casino. I had previously gone there many times and enjoyed it particularly the little restaurant at the back of the casino where they had great breakfast burritos and a good grilled cheese sandwich. His behavior was so offensive it left a bad taste about everything there. I was courteous, low key and friendly and was confronted by an obese overbearing mean-spirited police officer over a minor parking issue.
Someone needs to advise the local police force there that the camel rock casino is a customer service environment. I like the casino well enough, although its a bit dingy, but seemed homey.
